Once you’re ready, you’ll receive a contract and invoice. A signed contract + 35% retainer officially reserves your wedding day on my calendar.
You’ll also get a personalized planning questionnaire that helps me learn more about your timeline, your people, and the details that matter.

About the booking process
Do you offer payment plans?
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for the 35% non-refundable retainer. Once both are complete — your date is officially locked in. After that, you’ll receive a questionnaire to help me get to know your story, your people, and your plans.
How do I book you for my wedding or elopement?
Most couples book 6 to 12 months in advance, but I occasionally have openings for last-minute elopements. I only take a limited number of weddings per season so I can give each couple my full attention, so the earlier the better!
You’ll receive a preview gallery of sneak peeks within 48–72 hours — because I know how hard it is to wait when your heart is still full. Your full gallery will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.
I take extra care editing every image by hand, making sure the photos you receive reflect how the day felt — soft, joyful, raw, and real. This isn’t just a gallery; it’s your legacy, and I want it to feel like coming home every time you open it.
Absolutely. Your wedding is a meaningful investment — not just in photographs, but in the way your story will be remembered for generations. After the initial retainer is paid to secure your date, the remaining balance can be divided into monthly or biweekly payments to fit your needs.
I’m always happy to create a custom payment schedule that works with your timeline, because this process should feel just as supported as the day itself.
How far in advance should we book?
I'm based in Bellingham, Washington, and I photograph weddings and elopements throughout Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish Counties — including Mount Vernon, Everett, and the greater Seattle area. I also serve couples across the Pacific Northwest, and I’m always happy to travel for meaningful love stories.
